Gîte on one level with a built-in kitchen, a living room with sofa, 2 bedrooms (2 beds in 140, shower room with shower and toilet, a storeroom. Outside, small enclosed courtyard with a small stone wall with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. Small renovated farmhouse with direct access to the countryside.
