This hotel has great staff, very convenient location and all the amenties you would expect. The breakfast is top notch, beds comfortable and pool well maintained. There are only a few critiques - the internet system is quite old and often slow esp if the hotel is full. They require you to enter a 16 digit password every time you access the wifi, which is very annoying. At the pool instead of providing easy access to towels you have to find your "towel voucher" and then go into the basement spa to retrieve a towel. This is like system from a cheap hotel. There must be a better way they can copy from other hotels or just raise prices a little bit to take into account towel thieves.
