    Great location for our purposes. Nicely prepared, although open windows and high humidity led to inevitably dusty floors and mildew in bathroom. Each “bedroom” is its own apartment, and very spacious & comfortable. It is a noisy area. Issues with check in codes for the apartments were compounded by delayed flights and arriving at 3:30 am. and WiFi not working as advertised. (One server down, other one not accepting password- this was communicated to host, so should be getting fixed.) Host was very responsive.

    The cons:The property looked great in pictures, but it was a completely turned off when we arrive.Codes to enter the house didn’t work properly, I thought we rented a house, but it was a house with five units, so had a code for the gate, a code for the front door and a code for each of the units and it was difficult to figure these out, there’s got to be other alternatives so guests don’t have to wrestle with the codes.The lack of cleanliness through some of the rooms, we found food stuck on one of the furniture pieces, dead roaches on the floor, dirty furniture, stain pillows, pillowcases and sheets were clean but pillows were old and stained so we couldn’t use some of them.The company didn’t offer cleaning services while we stayed there for 8 nights. I contacted the Airbnb and was told they only offer cleaning services if we stay for 15 days. I have never rented a place where they only change your sheets or towels every 15 days. Trash was accumulated for the duration of our stay and they didn’t picked up the trash once. The noise was unbearable, they don’t have sound proof windows and there were people hanging out outside of the property all night making noise and we were not able to have a good night sleep.Pros:Property was conveniently located, about 15 minutes walking distance from Larcomar. House was spacious with lots of restaurants and shops aroundOur contact person was responsive and helpful and he did what he could to help with the issues we encountered
