We stayed 3 nights in Lima. This is a great hotel based on value. Staff was awesome, rooms as expected. No views! The breakfast is included and was very good. It is centrally located but off the main streets of Miraflores - that makes it quieter. Would I stay here again-yes.

The hotel is well located in the Miraflores area. The room is big and clean. The breakfast is good and located on the roof. The service is adequate however we noticed that the front desk staff that is at dawn needs more training because we had problems with our transfer to and from the airport.

I visited as I had come to Lima to see someone and return to London with them . Very clean hotel : friendly and helpful staff (all) Room basic ( no coffee in room) but spacious and spotlessly clean and had A/C and heater as needed . Nice shower . Reception staff very helpful: Gabino especially and also Estefania & Katherine: thank you!

I stayed at this property and another Tierra Viva hotel in Cusco. The staff was very friendly and helpful at both properties. The location was good. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with a decent variety of food. Excellent hotel for the price. We stayed at a different hotel near Machu Picchu that was arranged by the tour operator and I wished I had requested this hotel chain there.

Great place to enjoy Lima while coming or going to Cusco. They can arrange for transportation to and from the airport or any other sights that are too far to walk to but hotel is very close to Kennedy Park, Larcomar, and the shore.Staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They have Tierra Vivas all throughout Peru. We stayed at Cusco Centro and Valle Sagrado as well. I would recommend all three highly for their customer focus, location, and hotel environment.

This hotel was really nice... but we had just come off of six days in Cusco where the people were so friendly. Front desk staff here and pretty much all of Lima did not care if you were there or not, it’s a huge city. American tourist review: miraflores is a lot bigger than I imagined! On the map this looks close, but it is not. It is about a 30-40 minute walk to love park and close to an hour walk to the mall in the cliffs and all the tourist stuff you want to do. If you are a tourist, stay at aLoft, similar price, much better location (I looked at both while booking). The hotel is super new and nice, but every couple of hours our room would start to smell like straight sewer and we had to pour water into a drain in the bathroom floor to stop it. The rooftop breakfast lounge is just breakfast, for some reason I thought it might turn into a bar at night but it doesn’t and it just over looks another building.... which is so stupid bc if you go out a door on the other side you can hang out on a balcony that overlooks the ocean. No one ever told us to leave but I’m not sure you’re supposed to be there. Nice rooms and great breakfast... you can hear every noise in the hallway and front desk is bleh. Look into a better location if you’re a tourist.

We stayed in this hotel our first two nights in Lima and found our king size bed very comfortable. The room and the bathroom were modern and clean. We enjoyed the breakfast, served on top floor, which included fresh fruits. The staff was very helpful providing information, water, and arranging for taxis to and from the airport as well as to the old center of the city. (Note: Lima is not an easy city to discover on foot due to distances and vehicle air pollution.) The location of the hotel in the Miraflores neighborhood was perfect. We were able to take walks around the area enjoying the parks, shopping, and local architecture. The hotel was within walking distance to the Larcomar shopping center which had several restaurants overlooking the ocean. We would recommend this particular Tierra Viva hotel to other visitors.

Stayed for 2 nights at the start of our trip to Peru. Very clean, fantastic bed and bathroom. Lifts to all floors, 15 minute walk to the coast. Hotel staff all wonderful. Continental breakfast very, very good with lots of choice. We pre booked a guided tour but the hotel has tours much cheaper than the one we went on Lima has 10-11 million people so it is busy Give yourself at least 25 minutes to reach Lima A tour is the best idea, take care of your personal items The hotel has 24hr staff, air conditioning and a safe in the room

This is a small Hotel with very nice modern rooms and excellent staff. It is three stars only because it has no restaurant. Very well located in Miraflores. Just a block off a main street and just a few blocks from Lima's beautiful shopping center on the ocean.

It’s a great hotel. The service is excellent, rooms clean, great breakfast and very good location, close to everywhere. If you go to Lima, I recommend this place. Small in size but great in service. You will enjoy
