Although this hotel is not particularly convenient for sightseeing, we made it our base for 3 nights. The room wasn’t huge but quite big enough. Very clean and a lovely comfortable bed. No views. Bath. Microwave enabled us to make tea using our own bags, but as soon as we mentioned it to the reception staff we had a kettle and mugs delivered. Breakfast was excellent. I really enjoyed the avocado and salmon and the french toast. Staff cheerful and helpful. Front of house staff made this place a joy. Nothing too much trouble. Organising trips, minor problems in room, taxi service. Must mention Mario, Gabriella and Jorge. They were brilliant.
The receptionists were very polite and gentle, when requested The restaurant is good. the room it's satisfactory. Wi fi connection was kind of intermittent. The hotel is very well placed in a region that you could go easily and safe walking to some stores and restaurants
In general the service was very good service, room very clean, nice. The restaurant is excellent and the buffet breakfast too, with a lot of varietes of food and meals. The location is nice, closed to the center of miraflores, by the sea site
Stayed here multiple times during my visits to Lima. Always enjoy this hotel. Its in a great location with restaurants and stores nearby. I enjoy walking so there are many opportunities to explore. The customer service is always superb. Would highly recommend staying here.
This was the first hotel we stayed at during our 15 day trip around Peru. The location is great - walking distance to Miraflores and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was small but clean. The bathroom was nice but the water pressure and hot water were lacking. The continental breakfast was good as well.
I stayed there for 7 days on business. My flight came in late, the person at the front desk was expecting me and for the entire time I was there, they know my name, when I walked on the door, they recommended places to go, excellent customer service as only a small hotel can do. Its in San Isidro, a very nice upscale, quite neighborhood for walking, lots of shops and cafes nearby. The bed was very comfortable, but the room was small and needed updating and the bathroom really needed updating. I would have given it an average 3 rating overall except that the customer services was so excellent and the bed was comfy and the breakfast was good. I probably would not stay there again though since I like local hotels with more character, this one was kind of modern in design, no outdoor space
First time to Lima and enjoyed my stay here for work. I was alone in a new city and the staff were so helpful. Free breakfast wasn't the best I've ever had but the neighborhood hosts great cafes, coffee shops, and bars. Quiet street. Clean rooms with minimal decor and amenities. Cheap minibar was a treat! Fast and FREE Wifi. Would stay here again.
Excellent location to access downtown and airport. Quiet location. Rooms are a little small, but clean. The restaurant is also small, but friendly staff and the food is very good. Also, the prices are reasonable. I would recommend it
Fortunately only stayed one night. Late arrival to reception, nice guys, but was given a room that was already inhabited. Second attempt resulted in room 201, just on top of entrance roof terrace and Windows have no locks! Was too tired to seriously protest as except from bed spread all appeared clean. Got up three times to make sure nobody was trying to enter. Room is like small suite, but really weir design concept. Porter had no stand for my suitcase and no explanations, so got not tip. Long corridor when you come in, small settle, small desk with chair, mini bathroom, kitchenette with noisy fridge. Sleeping room has huge Windows that just slide without any lock anywhere, single glazing, small queen bed but comfortable for one person. Another ensure minibar neon with tub and showed, no hand held, no amenities other than soap and cleaned, very murky smell. No drinking water, no magnifying glass, no shower gel, no shower cap, no earbuds, no cotton balls, but a robe. Wonder what that would be for. All in, would be acceptable at one third the price (paying over EUR 170), but at this price never again.
Stayed August 2016, business travel Without a doubt. I recommend this hotel either for business/pleasure purposes. Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed and greeted by the staff. The staff was extremely friendly and understands what you need before you say it. I like the location of the hotel because there's a park near so you can take photos, as well as Starbucks, KFC, Burger King, supermarket, and other stores. The area is quiet, safe and clean. For me the interiors of the room, the bed and toilet room are acceptable. No weird smell or whatsoever. I like the choice of conditioner, soap and shampoo :) With regards to booking, they are quick in responding to your queries and clarifications via email. The only thing I don't like is that they have no electric water boiler in the room that I can use to boil water for coffee/tea/instant cup noodles. Though they have an electric stove in the room, there were no pan/pot that I can use. In summary, the whole experience was great and I think the price is reasonable due to its location.
