THIS IS A FAMILY-RESIDENTIAL BUILDING. This place is a spacious, three-bedroom apartment centrally located in the heart of Miraflores. The apartment is traditionally decorated as a traditional Miraflores apartment when the building was built about 40 years ago and has been remodeled in the last 5 years. It does not have. This is in the heart of Miraflores so it can be noisy but the location is safe and beautiful, everything within reach!

The apartment is close to great restaurants, coffee shops, museums and entertainment. It is located a half a mile from the Miraflores' beautiful beaches where surfing and water sports happen. The apartment is close to the great views from the Miraflores' cliffs and two blocks away from the Miraflores' central park. The apartment has 24 hour doorman.

NO SMOKING AND NO ILLEGAL DRUGS ALLOWED.
We arrange transportation to and from the airport for a competitive fee.

Nice accommodations, city living.

We stayed for 2 nights after our other accommodations fell apart. Saul was quick to respond and we were able to booked quickly. Check in went well as we dropped our bags around 2pm while Ana (cleaning lady) was finishing up. Apartment within walking distance to grocery store "Wong" and a couple of little convenience stores and restaurants. Wifi will drop in bedrooms, A/C in living/ dining area, 2 fans provided for bedrooms. 24 hour security, elevator takes you directly to apartment (nice feature). Place is noisy in the evening with cars and alarms, as expected for city locations. If you are a light sleeper beware. Black out shades might help in bedrooms too. Fridge had water and beer for sale. Kitchen well stocked.

Wonderful space in a great location

Saul's apartment is perfectly situated in the heart of Miraflores. Easily walkable to the oceanfront and the quite lengthy walkway there. The space would be comfortable for up to 4-5 people (I was traveling with only one other). Nice, neat bedrooms and firm beds. Clean linens. Good living room area and kitchen that can help you make it a basecamp for your stay in Lima. Note that Lima is a huge city (I didn't really know before going) of 11 million people. There is prevalent traffic noise even though the apartment is 7 floors up. We combatted this by wearing earplugs while sleeping. If you're used to traffic noise, it won't bother you. The other thing that was really nice was Saul's customer service. He called the day we arrived to ensure we arrived and everything was to our liking. Saul provided a local contact, his cousin Ivan, to help with any driving needs. He was very helpful and patient in providing driving services for us throughout our stay. He's a ball of energy, animated and a great resource for you to have in your travels in the Lima area. When we return to Lima, we'll want to stay here again. -Tim

Great location

The apartment is close to everything. Kennedy Park, Casinos, Resturants and the street to the ocean Bajada Balta within 2 blocks or less. There is traffic noise, but to my family it's the charm of Lima. The sounds of traffic feels like there is a river flowing outside. The apartment has a great AC and heating. We stayed last week of June. It was cold but the heater warmed us up. All the bathrooms are up to date design with good hot water pressure. Everything about the apartment made our stay in Lima very comfortable. We would definately stay here again.
