One bedroom apartment with private bathroom half a block from Lima's main square. In the safest area of Lima, with 24-hour military security, just in front of the Government Palace of Peru. One block from the cathedral of Lima, one and a half blocks from the San Francisco church, etc. Almost all the tourist attractions of the city are in the Historic Center of Lima, and can be reached on foot. We have a vintage decoration with all the basic comforts, such as clothes hooks, hot water, gas stove, kitchen, pots, 3 types of coffee machines, kettle, washing machine, dryer, oven for cooking, waffle maker, cooking spices , iron, clothes iron, wifi, netflix, 2 flat screen televisions (one in the living room and one in the room). We are new to Homeaway, but we already have a consolidated reputation on Airbnb and Booking. We are sure that you will not find another mini apartment in the Historic Center of Lima that has the location we have and that has an apartment as equipped as the one we offer.

IMPORTANT: The apartment has only one room, which has a double bed; However, we also have two single folding beds (single, with their respective mats) in which two more people can be accommodated in the room, clarifying that these beds can be used in the room, since we do not have another additional room .


The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a phone.
