I booked an Ocean View room and tjey try to put me in a parcial view because I Ocean Vien rooms are not same of Front Ocean View. I couldn't bealivevthat Marriot can tryvto trick guest likevthat. El desayuno espectacular!!!

Bathrooms are dated... used glasses in bathroom not replaced.. requested bathrobes 2x and gave up.. spoke with front desk on rapid test to flu back to US.. told good luck.. 2nd time appointment was scheduled... with a hotel under renovation I would expect other services to go above and beyond.. too many new choices in Lima to continue to stay at the JW Marriott

Had to wait long after check in because our room wasn’t ready. Was told they had a late check out in our room. Was charged for items that never should have been charged.

Overall I enjoyed my stay, it was clean, comfortable, and appealing. However, for the cost of the stay I would have liked to enjoy the pool services that I expected. Unfortunately the pool was closed for the season. Nonetheless, the service was extraordinary and I would book a hotel here again.

This was a staycation for us and at the front desk they never told us the pool was closed for renovation. Also, we ordered mac and cheese to the room for our daughter and a huge piece of plastic was found in the middle of it. We returned the dish and they apologized but this should not happen in a 5 stars hotel. Very disappointing.
