We were staying here as part of gate 1 tour. Worse breakfast ever.continental breakfast is just coffee and 1 type of muffin and 1 type of small cookies. told us we can order hot items, but was denied.
Novotel has great location, near to different corporate zone, and you could walk to different places. The room was standard, but with all the services. The gym was OK, the necessary stuff. The pool is indoor and it’s perfect for working out. The breakfast was really good. And the attention was great.
Good breakfast and initial price is good but they add 10% 'service' to everything, otherwise up to Novotel standards. Situated in a quiet area with good security. Rooms clean and well appointed. Gym looked goo.
I went in lima on November and we chose this hotel because of the position. We stayed for 3 nights. The single chamber essere clean, with a fresh smelling big bed just for me. The bathroom was separated from the whole chamber and I found It great. There was a big selection of mini bar stuff and a notte of water ti welcome me. I Also ate at the restaurant for dinner, a bit expensive but very good dishes to taste! Great breakfast! I Hope to come back to lima and I would stay once more in Novotel.
Comfortable room. Small but efficient bathroom. Very clean. No iron(ing board) in the room, but the concierge will bring one upon request. Good breakfast. Efficient check-in and check-out. (Didn't try the pool or the gym, but assume they're both of a good standard.)
We had a nice experience at this hotel. Friendly helpful staff like Giovanni, Roberto, and Nicola, in reception and concierge. The hotel is very clean. The bed was huge! Free wi fi. Good location in San Isidro. Breakfast is very good. Fresh fruit, hot buffet, fresh bread, fresh juices, ham and cheese, I really enjoyed it. We felt at home here. Recommended.
Spent 3 nights Bed was very large , bathroom is compact and shower average but no complaints Broadband works Ac worked Staff were very good and full command of English Breakfast expansive and wide ranging It’s in the financial district so not a great deal in the vicinity Do not use their hotel car ! Get them to ring radio cab or get Uber - I was there on business , I cannot imagine visiting Lima for a holiday there is very little in reality to see or do in the City
I'm sorry to say, I am going to have to give this hotel a negative review. We were booked in this hotel by our airline due to our flight being cancelled (so the airline paid, not us) and we had to stay for three days. As a frequent traveller to Lima, I would never recommend this hotel. When we arrived, the desk manager informed us we only had 2 rooms with two small beds each as a party of 9 people. Instead of approaching this issue with the attitude that they are there to help, the man basically put his hands up like it was not his problem. My husband (who is from Lima) had to get angry in order for the man to offer to call the airline and fix the issue. For an expensive hotel that is trying to compete with other really nice establishments in Lima, bad customer service is simply not acceptable. One of the rooms were were given had a broken AC. We were then given another room, which also had a broken AC. They moved us yet AGAIN and the toilet in the third room malfunctioned resulting in water all over the floor of the room. The food was also very disappointing. We were given two choices for each meal, which I completely understand due to us eating on food vouchers from the airline. However, the food was terrible! None of my family even choose to finish their meal and we walked down to any number of the cheap local places to get something. In a country where you can walk to a street vender and buy some of the most amazing food you have ever had for 10 soles, there is NO excuse to serve up nasty food just because someone is on a food voucher. If the manager of this hotel is reading this (and I hope he is) I challenge you to actually sit down and eat what your staff serves up for the food-voucher meals. You would also do good to remember that these airline costumers are basically functioning as free advertising for your hotel, but that can go either way depending on how they are treated. Seeing as how my husband is good friends with A LOT of people in Lima (including the managers of several competing hotels) and we are the go-to people where we live in the states to provide advice on where to stay in Peru, I would say this time, your free advertising did not work in your favor.
A blissful, contemporary hotel in the heart of the financial district in Lima. Rooms are very nice and clean; as is the rest of the hotel. The breakfast buffet service covers everyone's diets and the food was really good. We were not there for any other meals, so I cannot comment. The staff were all extremely polite and very helpful.
The Novotel is in the beautiful San Isidro area of Lima near major corporate offices, embassies and up market residences. The hotel itself is new and is clean with good staff, nice sized rooms with tea and coffee and functional bathrooms (albeit a little small). The breakfast is good and the restaurant serves excellent fresh meals in the dining room. The pool and gym in the basement are excellent.
