Located 1/4 mile from I-75, four miles to Lima, across from a neighborhood restaurant, and close to quaint Cridersville.
This is a small efficiency apartment with a full bathroom and small functional kitchen. SleepIng arrangements consist of one queen bed. Bedsheets, blankets, pillows, and two towels provided. Internet, smart TV, and local cable, via Spectrum app, are included.
You have one off-street parking space labeled #9.
