Cozy 1-bedroom railroad house

Cozy 1 bedroom remodeled railroad house from the 1800's. Located close to big game hunting, great fishing, and the Continental Divide trail in a quiet neighborhood. We are easily assessable from I-15 with plenty of off road parking.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and a coffee maker.
