Good 3 star hotel with excellent staff and also in a convenient position.will be returning to this hotel in a few days time for a further short stay. Had a quiet room on s5 th floor.Would recommend this hotel .
I had a late flight from Fort Lauderdale to Lima, i got to the hotel around 2 am, the staff was super friendly and very fast , so i was able to go to my room in like 5 minutes. the room was very clean and comfortable, bathroom was nice and clean, the shower had a lot of pressure so you can take a nice hot shower. The breakfast was excellent, the check out was fast and easy also. Tip: For people that dont know Lima, people in Peru love to beep their horns and this hotel is on a busy road ( i think all the roads in Lima are busy) so it could be a little noisy for people that dont know this. I had a great night sleep because i put on earplugs ( from the airplane ) so I highly recommend to wear them if you want to sleep in.
Stayed here for one night on our way back home. Nice place in a great location. Beds are comfortable (not great). Bathroom is good size. The shower is nice but water spills out and causes the floor outside to be wet. The moisture doesn't get exhausted so you have to keep dealing with wet feet.
We pass 3 nights at this hotel, at the heart.of miraflores. For some reason at booking says they dont have king size bed only queen (wich is false) and we were surprised once we get there. They even put a crib in the room! We had view to the street but it wasnt too noisy.
We stayed there for our short visit to Lima. The location is great since it's very close to restaurants Indian markets and a shopping mall. If you like to walk it's very close to Miraflores area which is very hip to visit in Lima. Also the rooms are very comfortable and very clean, the bathroom is also nice and spacious. The breakfast was good with lots of fruit. There is a couple of things I didn't like very much, one was the water in the rooms which you do have to pay, and the second was the annex building for the additional rooms, it was quite confusing to to find them on the other building. It almost made no sense but they were there. To my taste it seemed a little pricy but given the area I would say it's fine. I'll come back if I have to.
Perfect situated to enjoy Lima, Restaurants, Miraflores etc. Service was so friendly and helpful every time. We would always book again. A bit noisy during the night but thats City and after a while you get accustomed ;o)
Staff were very friendly. Security was good. Location is very central and convenient to restaurants, shops and transit. A safe area walking around during the day. Not sure about the cost-effectiveness as it is included in our customized tour package.
Casa Andina was good, however I did not sleep well because the bed was too hard for me. The positive aspect is the shower head, feels like it´s raining. I enjoyed the breakfast, however the yougurt was too sugary.
Quiet room and very large The breakfast is eggs, cereal sometimes pancakes, luncheon meat cheese coffee milk juice bread white wheat and a delicious home made cake. This hotel has an elevator we stayed on 2nd floor.
Or maybe substandard. The bath matt was frayed. The room was very basic. This was what I call a 2 star hotel- just a notch above a youth hostel. The internet was slow and never did download my photos. The traffic outside was noisy but Lima is a big city so that's to be expected.
