Nice Lille apartment in good location

This is a great spot in Lille - perfect for friends or a couple (although stairs to the flat or to second bedroom not great for mobility issues). Was comfortable and in a great location for exploring Lille, and easy access by metro to train stations etc. Good communication with rental company/local manger originally (had to ask for Wi-Fi as no info in flat); only downside was poor communication after (we asked if we could check out at 11am instead of 10am and had no reply).

Appartement très agréable et idéalement situé, mais ménage et service à revoir

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet appartement très lumineux , agréable et parfaitement situé. Toutefois, nous avons trouvé de la vaisselle sale à notre arrivée, casseroles pleine d'huile et filtre à café moisi dans la cafetière. Le sac de linge sale des précédents locataires était dans le salon. Le responsable du logement nous a promis de passer le prendre et n'ai pas venu, le linge est resté là toute la semaine. Dans les toilettes, il y avait par terre une petite bouteille d'eau décapsulable avec du détergent dedans. Heureusement que c'est moi qui l'ai trouvé en premier et pas mon bébé de 18 mois.................. Lave-linge présent mais pas de lessive. Nous avons aimé l'appartement, mais la médiocrité du service, beaucoup moins, c'est dommage, car le lieu est vraiment très bien.
