The villa comes with new furniture, quality materials, panoramic terrace, free WI-FI, air conditioning, a free safe, satellite TV, garage and private fenced garden. Sun terrace: large sun terrace with umbrella and Whirlpool bath tub, table, chairs, sun loungers, outside shower and kitchen. 1st floor: large living-dining room with open kitchen with fridge with freezer compartment + dishwasher and microwave, terraces and a bathroom with sink, toilet and bidet. Mezzanine: a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower box, sink and bidet, a double bedroom with a French bed (1,5 sleeping places), a bathroom with window, shower box, sink and bidet.
