We are delighted to welcome you in our elegant semi-detached villa for up to 8 guests immersed in the greenery and tranquility of Lignano Pineta, surrounded by a large private pine-tree garden. The villa is situated in a quiet position, around 750mt from the beach.

The accommodation provides a modern living room with a double sofa-bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a gas hob, a large fridge and a freezer, microwave and a dishwasher, a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, one nice room with two single beds, a third bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and two full bathrooms with a shower box. Outside you will find a beautiful fenced garden with a jacuzzi tub (unheated) where you can enjoy your time during your vacation. On the first floor there is also a solarium area with shower.

To ensure your the best comfort, the apartment is equipped with washing machine, tv-sat and air conditioning, allowing you to maintain a pleasant temperature throughout your stay.

One small pet is allowed: 50 eur per pet/stay to be paid at the agency.
