So much for a digital check in

The check in experience totally ruined the stay for us at this hotel. We arrived at the given check in time 2 p.m. but the room was not ready. Since this was a fully digital check in experience, it felt frustrating. We also reached out to support by phone and email, but the help and quality of the service was to a minimal.

Bad experience here. No one works there you have to check with a computer in the lobby. So if you need anything good from them you won’t get it

Das Zimmer was sauber.

Schade schade!
