Charming apartment located on the second floor of a building dating back to 1500 as the characteristic peasant village that hosts it;
the ancient complex is immersed in the countryside and has a large private terrace of 25 m2 with a splendid lake view, 1 private bathroom with bath tub and shower, 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed; on request it is possible to equip the room with a baby bed, in the room there is a romantic fireplace and a sofa bed for one and a half.
You have the possibility to park your car in the public car park near the village.
If you are looking for a quiet place away from traffic, where you can relax in the luxuriant nature, practice excursions and sports of various kinds, this house is for you.
Lake Como has always been a popular destination for poets, writers and artists from all over the world.
The house is located a few meters from the forest and the Wayfarer's path and from the paths that lead to the Alps and to the refuges, 5 minutes by car from the lake, especially from Riva Bianca, the most enchanting beach in the whole lake where you can rent canoes , pedal boats and boats, 10 minutes by car from Varenna, 10 minutes from Varenna to Bellagio by boat, about 56 km from Bergamo, 65 km from Milan, 55 km from the intercontinental airport of Orio al Serio, 85 km from Malpensa airport, 55 km from Switzerland, 55 km from Como, 15 km from Lecco (sailing boat, canoe, via ferrata, climbing, boat) 25 km from Colico (windsurfing, kitesurfing, horseback riding, climbing), 30 km from Erba (riding center), 30 km from Annone (golf club, disco club), 5 km from Mandello del Lario (tennis club, dance).

Bel emplacement

Petit appartement dans un endroit typique , sympathique et avec une très belle vue sur le Lac de Côme. Il manque rien pour passer un petit séjour par contre l’appartement est un peu trop chargé et le deuxième lit pas très confortable (matelas). La propriétaire nous a bien renseigné et conseillé sur les resto et lieux à visiter.
