Beautiful property within the shadow of the Dolomites. Staff were absolutely delightful and friendly. Very nice breakfast with fresh squeezed orange juice and amber sugar crystals for my tea!! Shopping very close and all amenities covered. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Should have stayed elsewhere.

What a disappointment. The hotel is undergoing renovations. They did not mention this on the booking site. Roof top bar not available. Outside seating in the middle of construction. Condition of hotel appalling. The staff were lovely and room was clean but very tired dated with no appeal.

Very well received by front desk lady. She was gracious and extremely helpful. Renovation taking place but it did not impede the stay one bit. Central to everything, highly recommend the hotel.

Property is well located. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good - fresh squeezed OJ. Hotel itself is a bit tired and would benefit greatly from new carpeting and paint in rooms and halls.

The hotel is very rundown. The blinds in the room didn’t work properly. The windows were dirty. The bathroom fixtures were old and stained. The rugs were stained, worn out and not vacuumed. The only good thing to say was that the evening receptionist was very friendly, and the breakfast was good. We cannot recommend this hotel and suggest staying elsewhere. We cannot recommend staying here
