Gemütliches Ferienhaus mit eigenem großen Garten, umgeben von Weinbergen, nur wenige Schritte von den Teichen und Wäldern entfernt. Der ideale Ort zum Entspannen und Genießen des von uns produzierten Weins und der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Wir bieten auch einen Frühstücksservice (Buffet) an, der mindestens zwei Tage im Voraus oder auf Anfrage gebucht werden kann (Preis nicht im Übernachtungspreis enthalten). Der Frühstücksraum liegt 50 Meter vom Ferienhaus entfernt.

Schlafzimmer und Zimmer:
Erdgeschoss: Das Ferienhaus betritt man über eine großzügige Glasveranda. Im Erdgeschoss finden Sie ein Wohnzimmer mit einem schönen Kachelofen, einer Schlafcouch für zwei Personen, einen Essbereich, eine Küche, ein Badezimmer mit Toilette, eine separate Toilette und eine Treppe in die erste Etage.

Erster Stock: Es gibt einen angenehmen Ruhebereich zum Entspannen vor dem Fernseher mit einem Schlafsofa und 2 Schlafzimmern. Erstes Schlafzimmer: 1 Doppelbett mit der Möglichkeit, nach Vereinbarung ein Zustellbett hinzuzufügen. Zweites Schlafzimmer: 2 Schlafsofas (insgesamt 4 Betten). Von diesem Raum aus gelangt man in den Dachboden, wo sich ein kleiner Raum mit zwei Matratzen zum Lesen oder Entspannen befindet. Von der Nordseite (zweites Schlafzimmer) des Hauses hat man einen Blick auf den Berg Sedlo und den Garten.

Sanitäranlagen: Badezimmer mit Toilette und Dusche + separates WC.

Heizung: Elektrischer Zentralheizkessel und Kamin.

Transport, Parken: Parken ist direkt am Gebäude auf einem umzäunten Parkplatz für 4 Autos (oder für einen Wohnwagen) möglich, vor dem Haus gibt es einen Parkplatz für ein weiteres Auto.

Das gesamte Grundstück, einschließlich des Gartens (eingezäunt) und des Parkplatzes (umzäunt), ist nur für Gäste zugänglich.

Ich begrüße Sie persönlich und erkläre Ihnen alle notwendigen Informationen zur Unterkunft. Ich und meine Kollegen stehen Ihnen auch während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung, die Rezeption befindet sich 50 Meter vom Haus entfernt.

Das Anwesen liegt im Herzen des Dorfes, nur wenige Schritte von unseren Weinbergen entfernt.

Eine tolle Unterkunft

Das Ferienhaus war super. Wir waren eine Woche im Haus. 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind. Alles war so wie beschrieben. Gastgeber super freundlich. Klasse Wein. Das Frühstück und der Service waren für uns perfekt. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Gemütliches Ferienhaus mit allem was man braucht

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht.In dem großen Gartengrundstück könnte unser Hund frei laufen und wir konnten Federball und Schwingball spielen. Der Kamin hat die Abende perfekt gemacht. Wir konnten auch leckere Äpfel von den zwei Apfelbäumen naschen. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und die Anreise unkompliziert. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder. Abendeam Kamin waren traumhaft

Entspannte Tage auf dem tschechischen Land

Wir waren für fünf Tage in dem sehr gemütlichen Haus, das wie beschrieben sehr ländlich und ruhig liegt. Mit der Unterkunft waren wir sehr zufrieden, entsprecht alles den Angaben. Daumen hoch!
