This place , this particular HIE was excellent!!! It was so clean from the parking lot to the inside. The room was very clean , the rest room very neat and even the halls were in perfect condition. The Front Attendant Sakura , a whole doll ! She made the experience very easy and she knew what she was doing , very polite and the cookies she baked (she says she didn’t , but I’m not easily fooled ) , her baking skills are top tier ! Overall , this place is very family friendly and can’t wait for my next visit to that small town .

The bathrooms children’s changing table even had disposable pads and you don’t see that anywhere. The options at breakfast and the consistency of refilling anything you are missing was immaculate. The ladies customer service was amazing. You are greeted so nicely and any time they speak to you it’s great energy. The rooms were so comfortable my only complaint is the WiFi it did buffer way too much.

I stay at this location a couple of times a month and the staff is always friendly and helpful, the rooms are comfortable and spotless and the location is ideal. If staying in Thibodaux you can’t find a better place.

Nice newer building and food selection was good. Staff was nice. bathroom floor was filthy with dirty that had been mopped into and not removed. Besides the bathroom everything was good. Would stay again. .

Everything was good the hotel seemed very clean the showers were clean the shower heads were fairly new and actually worked. The breakfast was good.. the only issue was something that was out of the hotels control which was loud people.. ALL NIGHT .. the front desk took care of the issue as best they could though fairly quickly..Seemed like a newer hotel.

This hotel was very clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast had healthy options which was great. Paige was so kind as she kept checking on us, taking our trash and welcoming us back and suggesting we become reward members.
