View of the port of Lézardrieux from the bedrooms. Private enclosed courtyard of 60 m² at the back of the cottage. Parking possible on the street or car park 30 meters away. Heating by pellet stove + electric heating. 1 electric bike available on request from the owners (10€/day or 50€/week). Come discover this 90 m² terraced house, located in the center of Lézardrieux, just 100 m from the shops and 200 m from the beach and the port.
