On the first upper floor, you will find 3 bedrooms. The first is a room with 1 bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, offering direct access to a south-facing balcony. The second is a large room featuring a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, complete with a hand-basin and balcony access with a south-facing orientation.
