Private: large, well-kept terraced garden with lawn. Table tennis, boules. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system. Parking (for 3 cars), single garage. Supermarket 1.3 km, restaurant 700 m, bar 400 m, bakery 1.3 km, bicycle rental 1.3 km, bus stop "Centre thermal Berney" 500 m, railway station "Riddes" 11 km, thermal baths "Les Bains d'Ovronnaz" 450 m.
