Everything just worked out very nice. Weather was beautiful so we got to sit outside with the fire and BBQ Barbecue.Only hiccup was Spectrum was a little flaky. Love the large dining room table.

Amazing house that has been impeccably restored and decorated. Luxury linens and towels are a nice touch. Note that the photo of the front of the house shows steps without any railing but a very nice black iron railing was added sometime after the pictures. Makes the steps super easy to navigate if you have bad knees like I do. And the first floor bedroom is absolutely lovely!

My wife called this home her favorite place we have stayed in a VRBO house! It really was a lovely home in a picturesque setting among the horses and duck pond! It was well appointed and was close enough to Lexington to be able to not feel like it was a real drive to get to town, yet far enough away to be peaceful and without the hustle and bustle of town. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this for a race weekend or as a place for a family going to a game…. Super fun!

Great Getaway

An awesome property that is superbly appointed to meet every need. Off the beaten path but convenient to many of Lexington’s distilleries and Keeneland. We cooked a great meal in the kitchen and found everything we needed. There is a nice table to dine outside and a fire pit to hangout. We will stay again during the fall session of Keeneland

This home is a hidden gem. Absolutely a beautiful setting with comfortable surroundings. Home is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Lots of places to be together and cute spots to slip away with a book. Everything you might need is provided and pristine. We would love to visit again. It was that good.

Perfect Kentucky Experience

This charming historic home is perfect for those wanting a true Kentucky farm experience. The minute you pass through the iron gates and drive up the tree-lined drive you are transported to another time where pastures filled with horses and cut crystal glasses of bourbon are commonplace. The historic home has been painstakingly, renovated and decorated so that you feel more like you are at a Four Seasons than a 19th Century farmhouse. The location of Nicholasville is also an added bonus. You get the quiet pace and scenery of a rural setting but an easy and quick drive into downtown Lexington if you want some nightlife. Keeneland is also an easy dive too, especially if you utilize the gorgeous back roads to get there which also avoids traffic. I highly recommend this place and would stay again.
