My one regret is I was intending on watching football but they did not have regular broadcast channels. NBC, CBS, ABC, FOX. They relied on the channels that came with the tv. Iknow because I have the same tv.

The staff could have been more friendly & focused on their job. The 2 ladies at the front desk were talking on their cell phones a few times when I went to talk to them. The guy who works the breakfast wasn't nice. He was rude & disrespectful to my wife. He also, very clearly, engaged with black customers In a more polite manner. The manager seriously needs to pay attention to the 3 of them. Because of them, my family & i will NEVER stay there again. It's sad that these 3 Individuals are the face of your business. Preston was very helpful with any and all issues and so was the overnight concierge unfortunately the walls were a little thin but they were able to reach out to the guest next door and it helped and on our last day although the breakfast was great every other day it wasn't ready on time for us to have to leave
