A quiet and convenient spot to stay while you are enjoying the Bluegrass State. Within walking distance of Masterson Station Park with over 600+ acres. Close to the Kentucky Horse Park, Red Mile Racetrack, Keeneland Racetrack, the Lexington Airport. Just 10 minutes from Downtown Lexington and Rupp Arena, 15 minutes to Kroger's Commonwealth Stadium. A great place to stay while exploring the Bourbon Trail. Comfortable brand new beds and memory foam mattresses with crisp clean sheets that are laundered and taken to the dry cleaner to be ironed before each new guest. The quilts and duvet covers are all freshly washed and dried as well. We also provide nightstands, reading lamps with convenient bedside USB charging stations in each bedroom. Easy access to a plethora of restaurants & a 24 hour Kroger supermarket w/ a Starbucks inside. Fully equipped kitchen w/ stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator w/ ice maker, Keurig hot beverage machine with a variety of K-cups for your enjoyment, a toaster, pots & pans, crock pot, plates & utensils. Full size washer & dryer with detergent & dryer sheets. Enjoy playing cornhole in the spacious fenced in backyard. Kick back and relax out on the large custom built patio table large enough for 8 adults. The large stone fire pit provides another spot to enjoy at the end of the day.

This was a great location for the KY horse park. Took us about 10/12 minutes to get there….there is a brand new publix 2 miles away…tons of door dash options. The neighborhood was quiet and the fenced backyard was perfect for our dogs. The house had everything we needed for our stay.

Very nice place for family at UK graduation weekend. Clean & comfortable. Had brunch together in the kitchen one day. Well equipped home with extras like the luggage racks, kitchen set up, lots of USB chargers. Easy short ride to downtown and no traffic to Rupp arena when other siblings from other direction had half hour delays.

Peaceful retreat!

Our peaceful retreat to Lexington was blessed with our stay at Julie’s house. The house fit my family of 6 perfectly. More than enough towels, cutlery, plates, bowls, pillows, blankets, etc. for us during our stay. The backyard was peacefully bliss for morning coffee and evening wind down time. Location was very convenient for us as we were able to get to New Circle or I-75 in 5-10 minutes. The neighbors were very kind and helpful with recommendations on where to eat.. which helped us narrow down the large list of good options that Julie provided too. Check in was easy and Julie was quick to answer my couple of questions. We travel frequently through the year and this home was one of our favorites. Thank you Julie!

Highly recommend this property when visiting Lexington. Julie is a fantastic host and photos are exactly as described. Great location with restaurants, Walmart, and Kroger within 10 minutes.. very little to no traffic in this area which was refreshing compared to other parts of Lexington. We would definitely stay again!

Kentucky Vacay

We came to Kentucky for the first time to attend Breyerfest 2023. My husband, daughter (age 12), myself and our spunky Boxer puppy stayed at this cute house. Julie was fantastic at communicating with us. The location was perfect for our touring needs as it was no more than 30 - 40 minutes from all the attractions we were interested in seeing, and only 15 minutes from Kentucky Horse Park, where the festival was held. It was so nice having a fenced in backyard for the dog. My daughter loved having her choice of two bedrooms, and I certainly appreciated having access to a washer/dryer, Keurig Machine, and all the other appliances that made it feel like home. After hearing many other tourists complaining about how overcrowded the hotels were due to this festival, I was super thrilled that we made the choice to book through VRBO and chose one of Julie's properties. We will definitely go this route again, and recommend you do the same.
