Welcome to the guest house at Ameritina. This beautiful house is in the heart of thoroughbred horse country in a gated private 200 acre horse farm . Located just off the scenic byway , This superb house offers plenty of space for guests to unwind. With five bedrooms featuring two king beds, three queen beds, and 2 twin beds everyone can find their perfect spot to rest. The three bathrooms include a soothing jetted bathtub and a separate shower, making it easy to refresh after a day of exploring. Enjoy beautiful views out of every window of horses in the pasture and abundant wildlife , or sit and enjoy from the screened porch . This is a great house for entertaining a large group. There is a formal table for eight and additional seating with three stools . Enjoy drinks at the bar in the family room area while watching the 85 inch TV with Bose sound bar. Horse Stabling on the property is possible too . We invite you you to Fall in love with Lexington and enjoy the magic it has to offer.
