Location was convenient for our stay, just passing through. The hotel was clean, pool was closed but exercise room was nice. The noise level from the room above us was less than ideal and you could hear conversations from the room next door. Breakfast was decent but some fresh fruit would have been nice, there was only apples. Overall no major complaints.

Overall had a horrible experience. The room I purchased was not available for customer. Hostess at the front desk was rude. While her tone was okay her words and actions were not pleasant or helpful. The system locked up. I had to wait 20 minutes before I could even get in a room. I was told it was against the policy to view the room before purchasing it.
Staff was very helpfull, except maintainence couldn't fix the drain in the bathroom. She tried twice to no avail. Annoying because I really wanted to take a bath. Breakfast is alwasy great. I love the "printer pancakes"

The front desk clerk was great! She was friendly and informative. However we booked a king room and got two queens. Other than that, our stay was perfect.
Friendly staff, cleanest property I have seen in a long time. Good continental breakfast. Keurig coffee machines in every room. Everything (carpet, furniture, etc) looked brand new but without the chemical smell. So very nice! We had a great experience.
Very friendly staff, both at check-in and checkout, and during the stay. The suite was clean and comfortable. The most pleasant surprise, I was offered a late checkout, which relaxed my schedule for that day tremendously. Thank you so much!

The hotel was very quite i am sure it was due to the pandemic.
I loved the property and the set up of the rooms! It was extremely nice and very accommodating. Only “complaint” is that my room info was given freely to a family member who doesn’t even have the same name as me nor did she provide proof of familiarity. Not really a complaint but rather word of caution for the future.
