New to the rental market, with all new furniture, this three bedroom townhome in Canal Place is about three blocks to the beach and about a block to downtown Lewes. This is the perfect location for walking or biking to everything Lewes has to offer!
Experience the ultimate in coastal luxury at this stunning 3-bedroom vacation rental, located super close to downtown Lewes and the Beach in the sought-after Canal Place community. With its modern furnishings and prime location, this home offers the perfect setting for your next family getaway or group retreat. Accommodating up to 8 guests, this rental is ideal for those seeking comfort, style, and convenience.
Canal Place has a small community pool. This is where the outdoor shower is located.
The owner is providing some beach chairs and bikes for guests use but not guaranteed.
All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.
Owner has had dog inside but the property does not allow pets.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.
The property must be occupied by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement, and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Guest for the entire rental period. The Guest signing the Lodging Agreement must be at least 25 years of age and must occupy the Property for the entire rental period. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-Checks with no fees, as well as personal checks. Lewes Beach Condo
We’ve done VRBO for years. Having to pick up a key at a real estate office is so old school. Hadn’t encountered that in a long time.
Certain requirements make the check-out process pretty miserable. When you have to be out by 10 and you require beds made and dishwater run with dishes put away, better set your alarm for 6 am to get it all done.
I suspect VRBOs are eventually going to become less popular and folks may go back to hotels where you are afforded service.
