OVERVIEW: Welcome to Five Points! Recently updated two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo that will sleep four comfortably. The primary bedroom has a King-size bed, a walk-in closet, and a private bath with a shower. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, a twin bed, a walk-in closet, and an adjacent guest bathroom in the hallway. Sleeping four people comfortably. Lovely screened-in porch, open floor concept, and well-appointed kitchen.
LOCATION: Lewes' most popular luxury resort community. The town center offers a pool, tennis courts, bocce ball courts, restaurants, sports bars, grocery stores, coffee shops, and salons, all within walking distance. A jogging/bike path encircles the community.
Welcome to the First Town in First State, Lewes Beach's most popular resort community. Lewes is located where Delaware Bay meets the Atlantic Ocean so that you can enjoy either the bay or the ocean beach, and the Lewes Rehoboth Canal allows boat access to either the bay or the ocean for fishing and water sports. Charming downtown Lewes sits alongside the water and marina and has homes, shops, and streets that date back to the 18th century. A few minutes from the historic downtown is the Village of Five Points, a young and exciting community. Everything you need is within walking distance - grocery stores, coffee shops, nightlife, casual dining, retail, pharmacy, and more; these are a few of the conveniences available. Bring your kites & soccer balls, and let the kids go! Plenty of activities are within five miles, and public transportation takes you to the beach. Park your car and stay for a week (or two).

THINGS TO KNOW: The 199.99 processing fee is non-refundable in the event you cancel. There are no elevator steps to enter the condo on the second floor. Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a rental package to guests. No pets and no smoking! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
