Lovely home, clean and comfortable and modern. Close to everything. Bikes were a nice bonus. Bed comfy. Couch also comfortable. At first we were a little taken aback that there were no windows in the bedrooms but after sleeping there we realized it was not a problem at all and we were actually able to sleep in! The living room has a nice big window that looks out on the meadows so we had plenty of natural light where we needed it. Highly recommend.

I recently stayed at this rental property in Lewes, Delaware.The location is absolutely perfect—just a short drive or walk to downtown where you can find charming restaurants, unique shops, and lovely parks. If you’re looking to enjoy some sun, Lewes Beach is less than half a mile away, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy the coast.The property is not just about location. We also appreciated the easy electronic keypad entry, which made check-in a breeze.As an added perk, the owners provided two complimentary bicycles, allowing us to explore the beautiful bike trails nearby. Cape Henlopen State Park is less than two miles away, offering stunning scenery and outdoor activities.Parking was easy and convenient .Overall, I highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a well-located, comfortable, and enjoyable stay in scenic Coastal Delaware. Can’t wait to return.

This was one of the best VRBO experiences that we have ever had. The accuracy of the listing and photos were spot on! The owner, Mike, created the best guide book which we were able to download prior to our stay and use the printed copy in the condo during our stay. The location was fabulous! We could walk to local beaches, many restaurants and shops, and other attractions. It was a short drive to Rehoboth Beach and Cape Henlopen State Park which is a gem. The condo is tastefully decorated and bright. The guide on operating the TV was so useful, as well as the photos and description on how to work the AC/heating unit, gate, coded door lock, etc. Mike thought of everything! There was plenty of room for the two of us. A family of four would find the condo very comfortable. Everything was in working order and the Wi-fi was great. There was plenty of parking. If you are looking for the perfect place to stay in Lewes or Rehoboth area this is the place for you! We would definitely stay at Beach Camp if we go to Lewes again.

Roomy bathroom with nice shower-head and good water pressure.
Spacious main bedroom with a dresser and closet with hangers, night tables with charging stations and sound machine.

My husband and I enjoyed a long weekend here. This condo has everything you need, plus extras like bikes and beach chairs! We loved the location--we could easily walk into town or to the beach. The hosts are great communicators and provided so many recommendations and suggestions for restaurants and activities. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved it! Very responsive hosts and the place was immaculate. Close to everything including the beach, shops and restaurants. It was thoughtfully designed with lots of towel hooks for a day after the beach, a space to rinse off and it was nice to have a spot to leave beach gear on the patio. We highly recommend and plan to book again!

Perfect family vacation in a coastal town

Mark and Tracy are wonderful hosts. The property is well maintained and have everything you need. We stayed mid April and the Spring weather was perfect. Our main intention was fishing (salt water and fresh)- unfortunately it was too early into the season and boats are not in operation until May 1. You can do surf fishing on the beach but there hardly any bites. The town itself is very quaint- the condo is a perfect walking distance to restaurants and shops and there is something for everyone. The cruiser bikes were awesome- our teens rode the bikes all over town. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Sparkling rental in charming location.

This is a sparkling clean, well appointed property. It is within easy walking distance of both the beach and charming downtown Lewes. Mike is a meticulous host, providing a well organized guidebook to the area with multiple suggestions for dining and activities. The property is the perfect size for solo traveler, couple, or a family with 1 or 2 young children.

Xmas celebration in lewes

Great weekend in Lewes and a great time to visit with holiday activities all around. Rental was perfect base, and Mike provided simple easy check in and out. He was great about communicating ahead of time and responding to any questions very quickly. He also provided great local insight into place to eat, activities, and shopping…5 stars!!
