The apartment has a roomy bedroom, kitchenette & bathroom on the second floor with its own private entrance. We're ideally located in the cozy and convenient neighborhood of Plantations East. Just 14 mins from downtown Lewes and Rehoboth Beach. Beautiful second floor apartment with a peek-a- boo view of the pond, It's tastefully decorated, with fresh paint and new hardwood floors installed in 2023, it has one king bed, and new & comfortable mattress purchased in 2025, the space is ideal for one person, couple, or friends getaways, there is plenty of bike and walking paths to choose from in the area, fitness center, yoga and Pilates studio are within a 5 minute car ride, condo is just minutes away from grocery stores, movie theaters, outlet shopping, great restaurants and other amenities.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a separate bedroom. The apartment also includes an ironing board.

A lovely apartment with all we needed for a long weekend. The hosts were available and easy to get in touch with. We had our signals crossed at first, but everything was quickly worked out and we received many apologies and a fabulous, yummy goody bag. Would definitely stay with Karen and Steve again. Immaculate, comfortable and conveniently located close to everything.
