The apartment has a roomy bedroom, kitchenette & bathroom on the second floor with its own private entrance. We're ideally located in the cozy and convenient neighborhood of Plantations East. Just 14 mins from downtown Lewes and Rehoboth Beach. Beautiful second floor apartment with a peek-a- boo view of the pond, It's tastefully decorated, with fresh paint and new hardwood floors installed in 2023, it has one king bed, and new & comfortable mattress purchased in 2025, the space is ideal for one person, couple, or friends getaways, there is plenty of bike and walking paths to choose from in the area, fitness center, yoga and Pilates studio are within a 5 minute car ride, condo is just minutes away from grocery stores, movie theaters, outlet shopping, great restaurants and other amenities.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchenette and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The apartment also includes an ironing board.
