Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, the home offers a peaceful setting with a peek-a-boo water view from the living room and easy access to everything Coastal Delaware has to offer.

Inside, you’ll find a bright and inviting layout with soaring cathedral ceilings in the living room, dining area, and entry, creating an open and airy feel throughout the main living spaces. The updated kitchen features solid wood cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, including a gas range, French-door refrigerator, built-in microwave, dishwasher, and all the essentials needed for your stay. Just off the kitchen, the spacious sunroom offers even more room to relax and unwind. Linens are included for your stay, making your getaway even more convenient and comfortable.

The community is packed with amenities for guests to enjoy, including a clubhouse, large swimming pool, kiddie pool, crabbing docks, boat launch, kayak launch, tennis courts, basketball court, volleyball court, bocce courts, playground, and picnic area. Six pool passes are also included for your stay.
