This two bedroom house on the beach side of Lewes is centrally located with an easy walk to beach or town. The main floor has the living area, dining and kitchen as well as the main bedroom and full bathroom. This floor also has the laundry room and is cooled with Central A/C. The second floor (a converted attic space) is set up as a "dorm room" with four single beds. This room has an a/c unit. Relax on the large front deck before heading out to the beach for the day! Pets are not permitted at this property
All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.
The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

Excellent Location and Property with One Caviat
The property is in a strategic, convenient location. Perfect for our 5 day stay. Excellent Internet and TV service. Our only problem was ants that would show up if you left anything out at all. You much put all food products away in cabinets.It could have been weather related; however, I think an extermination contract would help with the issue if one isn't in place already.We are strongly considering returning to the property next season but will certainly be inquiring about this one issue and see if any steps were taken.All in all, a GREAT property in a GREAT location. We'd like to come back.

A gem!
What a find! The perfect location on a quiet street -- easy walking distance from both the beach and town -- with a gorgeous backyard and view of lovely woods/marshes from the deck. The house was spotless, spacious, and well appointed. We'll be back next year!

Awesome Location!
The house is awesome. The one thing I liked about the house was the space! Walking distance to beach is 5 minutes. Parked our car the entire stay and walked everywhere. Will be back for sure😊

Not good at all
the place lacked many things including good pillows and no extra blankets. The kitchen was outdated and I was told to boil water in a pot!! the attic room is dark and it is not even a real room with high steps. the picture showed decievedly that there were two rooms on the first floor. The house was reltaively clean but the grill was dirty and on the paper it said they will charge 55 dollars if you leave the grill dirty. The house is not kept well. We left one and a half day earlier. I have asked for a partial refund to which I have not heard anything. I thought this was an R b and b where I have stayed in many different contries. Here we had to bring towles and sheets and even other things.
