We stayed for 4 days 3 nights. Convenient location in a nice quiet gated neighborhood. Check in was smooth and our hostess was very responsive and helpful. Overall, a good stay, but there were some drawbacks. The house could use a deep clean, especially the carpeted stairs and area rug. The dining chairs were fabric but were stained. There was an ant issue in the kitchen ( not out of ordinary especially with the time of year, but the ant bait was full upon arrival, showing maybe it wasn’t changed before our check in). While the additional time we took to clean and mitigate these issues caused some inconvenience, it was a good stay.I will say, that when we checked out, we explained these issues to our hostess and she was very attentive, apologetic, and receptive. Overall, there were no glaring issues or deal breakers and we enjoyed our family time.

House was great. It had everything we needed and plenty of room. The only issue was that it wasn’t cleaned very well. There was a used paper towel left on the dresser downstairs, smears on the mirrors, the toilet was dirty, the floors were dirty.

Beach vacation

The house is located in a nice community but close to the main road that runs by the community. Traffic noise at night. The location was somewhat of a drive to get to any beach but we made it work. Had to factor in a half hour drive to get to beach. House had a few small maintenance issues. House accommodated 6 adults and one infant well. Kitchen well stocked for our cooking needs. Nice community pool.

Perfect multi-family or multi-generational home

We love Angola by the Bay and have been bringing our children here since they were small. They are no longer little. Our older children hung out with us upstairs while the teens stayed downstairs. With the dual kitchen areas, they had plenty of snacks. The huge dining area upstairs allowed us to have meals all together. The home is bright, roomy and very comfortable. The location is close enough to drive to all beaches and restaurants, but far enough away to not feel crowded. Everything is within 15-20 minute drive. This property had everything we needed to bring the whole family together again.

Property was well maintained and clean. I would have rated it higher if the carpets were clean.

I recommend removing the soiled carpets and replacing them with laminate flooring.

If you are looking to rent a place with a boat ramp this location is deceiving. Initial pictures showed community boat ramp but when asked to rent a slip for the week we were told that we are not even allowed to use the ramp. Very upset and still stayed due to no other vacancies. Place itself was very nice and spacious. Had a nice time with family!

It’s average

The house has good potential for a family Stay however, the TV channels are lacking Especially if you’re planning to watch football and more importantly the cleaning staff needs to do a better job mainly in the kitchen. Windows desperately need a good cleaning. Kitchen is well stocked. No fencing near road if bringing kids or dog.
