This tastefully decorated and like-new home (built 2017) is ideally located on a quiet cul-de-sac between the Lewes-Rehoboth Canal and Lewes Beach. Leave the car parked in the driveway and walk to the beach or to historic downtown Lewes to enjoy the restaurants and shops, or bike to Cape Henlopen State Park on the nearby Junction & Breakwater Trail. Enjoy sunsets and watch the boats go by on the canal from the front porch or upper deck or relax on the enclosed porch, which features a large outdoor television.

The open floor plan, with kitchen, dining, and living area on the first floor provides plenty of space for cooking, relaxing, and spending time together. The first floor also has a half bath and a spacious primary suite with a king bed and private large full bath. The second floor features a second primary suite with a king bed and private full bath. Two additional bedrooms on the second floor – one with a queen bed and one with two sets of bunks – each have their own private full bath with bathtub. The second floor also has a small office area and a large laundry room with a large capacity washer and dryer. This property has an outdoor shower and a wheelchair ramp for easy accessibility. The driveway accommodates several cars, with additional on street parking available.

Pets are not permitted at this property. Friday to Friday rental.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as Owner on VRBO. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked you will be contacted by the management company and sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed. Apart from Damage Protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking.
