In a village of a Small City of Character which is Levroux, a medieval town in Berry, nestled on the outskirts of the Porte de Champagne. This family home has just been completely renovated and is located between Châteauroux and Valençay. The ZooParc de Beauval is accessible in about 40 minutes as well as the calm and unspoiled nature of the Brenne Regional Natural Park. Single-storey detached house with a huge living room serving as a kitchen, lounge and dining room. A laundry room / toilet. A bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 190 cm) which can be pushed together to form 1 double bed (180x190 cm). A bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190) cm). Between these 2 bedrooms a bathroom with shower, heated towel rail and sink, a third bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 190 cm) which can be pushed together to form 1 double bed (180x190 cm). A bathroom with shower, sink and towel dryer. Separate toilets.

Outside the land is being developed with a private and enclosed courtyard where several vehicles can be parked, a terrace with barbecue. At the back of the house you can observe a flock of black sheep to amuse young and old alike.
