Summary:
House on 3 floors in the historic center of Levico Terme, can accommodate up to 8 adults. Warm, spacious and comfortable, will be a convenient starting point for your trips with family and friends all over the region of Trentino Alto-Adige: the lakes of Levico and Caldonazzo, the mountains of Val di Fassa, the Folgaria lifts, Panarotta and Paganella , walks in Val Mocheni and Lagorai, the village festivals in the surrounding area, the center of Levico. Any time of year is beautiful in Trentino!

The Space:
The central location, a few steps from all the attractions of Levico, the Baths and the 2 lakes. On the ground floor you will find a convenient store for bicycles, skis, etc. and a laundry. On the first floor there are 2 double rooms with a standard bed and a French bed (possibility of adding a folding bed) and a single room with a 160 cm long bed, bathroom with shower and a large terrace with loungers for sunbathing. In the attic there is a large and bright living area with two sofas, one is a sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a large table for 8 persons, bathroom with shower, terrace with another table and the loft with 2 single beds.

Other Things to Note:
The apartment has been carefully restored using mostly wood and the furniture is completely new. The attic is suitable for teenagers 'cause you can't stand. Towels, linen and something for breakfast are included.

Interaction with Guests:
I will try to always be present when you arrive. In addition, as I live in Caldonazzo, I am available at any time and I can give you some tips on events or places to visit absolutely.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.

Beautiful hideaway in central location

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in central location. Beautiful views, clean and modern. Only suggestions to owner would be a welcome pack of milk, bread, juice etc as an option would be a nice touch - we arrived quite late at night and the local supermarkets were all closed :( and also an information pack for guests would be useful as we didn’t want to be bugging you with questions all the time - where to find towels, WiFi code, how to get hot water etc. Thank you for a wonderful stay :)

Casa bellissima, posizione eccellente

Abbiamo apprezzato la pulizia di questo bellissimo appartamento, arredato con gusto e dotato di tutto ciò che può servire ad una famiglia in vacanza. Bellissimo il terrazzo con vista sulle montagne. Posizione centralissima, si può raggiungere qualsiasi evento del centro di Levico in cinque minuti a piedi! La casa, pur essendo in pieno centro, è situata in una posizione tranquilla e silenziosa. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

Sehr schöne Wohnung zentral im Ort gelegen. Kurzer Weg zum kostenlosen Parkplatz. Freundliche Vermieterin !! Hat alles prima geklappt. 2 Badezimmer, top. Schöner Balkon. Riesige Wohnküche! Nur für 8 Erwachsene würde ich es nicht empfehlen... Der See ist fußläufig erreichbar und kurze Wege in die Fußgängerzone. War eine erholsame Woche.

Hervorragendes Ferienhaus in wunderschöner Gegend

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in dem wunderschönen, toll renovierten Innenstadthaus. Es ist geräumig, großzügig und sehr liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Toll fanden wir auch die Begrüßung mit frischem Obst. Levico Therme hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Es ist ein kleiner, aber quirliger Ort mit vielen netten Läden und Restaurants. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

nice, cool and modern townhouse

Place is really nice with modern kitchen and nice balcony. Beds are good. Parking only 100 meters from the apartment and supermarket and shops also. In the summer there is twice a week live music in the centre of Levico but it stops at 11 pm. During our holiday it was hot so we opened all the windows during de night and closed it in the morning and when you do that the house stays really cool inside. We had a great holiday in this apartment.
