The style of the house, personal, alternates open spaces with high ceilings in most intimate loft areas and harvested. The result is a functional space, intimate and welcoming.
A spacious living room, a comfortable bedroom and a colorful kitchen. On the roof a enjoyable terrace overlooking the village where you can enjoy your relaxing moments, outdoor dining or sunbathing.
One recommendation, if you have young children beware of internal stairs leading to the loft

There are local taxes not included in the price .
In the municipality of Levanto is payable the tourist tax: one euro per day per person for the first three days of stay. Hosts are required to collect the tax on behalf of the Municipality and issue a payment receipt.
Payment must be made in cash upon check-in.




THE VILLAGE
In a typical Ligurian context Lavaggiorosso is a beautiful medieval village clinging tenaciously to a terazzata hill with olive trees.
Its houses are brightly painted, the doors of the house are painted in trompe l'oeil.
In its narrow lanes cars can not enter, and this makes it a very peaceful and quiet place.
A visit would still be recommended, but a stay of a few days will make you better appreciate the magic of this timeless place.
If you come by car you can unload luggage near our house (30 meters) but then you'll have to leave it to a parking lot about 200 meters.


AROUND
Levanto Station (which is 4km) is the best starting point for visiting the Cinque Terre. If you are walkers we also recommend the trails that lead directly from Lavaggiorosso. In 20 minutes you arrive on the ridge from which paths, less known than those of the Cinque Terre but with the same breathtaking views such as the path Monte Rossola - San Giorgio-Montaretto - Bonassola or the high route of the Cinque Terre.

Levanto is a pleasant town situated in a beautiful bay of the Ligurian Riviera with a beautiful wide sandy and pebble beach Blue Flag in 2016.
A levanto find all services: shops, supermarkets, banks and post offices.
A 'other locations in the area around (9 km from Levanto) which is worth a visit is in Bonassola, a small village with one of the most beautiful beaches of the east rivera: wide and long with sand and pebbles.
