Les Maisons de la Mer Residence I. Sleeps 6. Beautiful, unique two-bedroom villa with alcove, 34m², on two levels by the sea. On the ground floor, a renovated garage has been converted into a bedroom suitable for adults/teenagers (two single beds), and a toilet. External stairs lead to the first floor: an alcove sleeping area (two single pull-out beds), a bedroom (one double bed), a shower room, and a separate toilet. On the second floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchenette and a cozy living room (with a sofa bed) facing west with views of the Canigou mountain and east with sea views! You can enjoy breathtaking sea views from the terrace. Public parking is available nearby.
