La Franqui Sea View - Exceptional

La Franqui is a magnificent seaside resort located near Leucate between Narbonne and Perpignan in the Aude department facing the sea. We wanted to provide the tenants with the greatest comfort. 2 bathrooms + 1 outdoor shower, quality appliances and furniture, Wi-Fi, terraces… The house is close to all the village facilities. The place is peaceful and offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Entering the house you access the ground floor where you will find the living room, the dining room, the kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, the laundry room/pantry, a separate toilet and a bathroom. Going up the stairs, you will find upstairs, a double bedroom, a bedroom with 4 bunk beds, a bathroom with integrated toilet and access to a very large terrace equipped with deckchairs and small tables. Outside, you can enjoy a large terrace at the front and a more sheltered terrace with 1 plancha on the side. Behind the house is an outdoor shower to rinse off or wash yourself when returning from the beach. In front of the house you will have access to a garage in which you can park a vehicle. You will be able, even in high season, to park 2 vehicles permanently (1 inside and one in front of the garage). There are also spaces available on the street. You will have access to the entire accommodation. A key will be at your disposal in a code box. The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
