Apartment was lovely, very clean and had laundry amenities. Bed was a little uncomfortable, and the water did get turned on tbe wvening we called about it! Would be good if guests were warned about this potential issue in the future, or if the facility could check whether the water is on before guests arrive.

Easy to reach staff, good communication. Very spacious suite. Bed was comfortable but pillows were flat.

Had a lovely stay but could have done with a few more kitchen utensils, instructions on how to tune in TV and operate heating. Hair dryer was not available though listing stated there was one. Fridge froze everything too. Apartment was central to most things.

Loved the two bedroom/ two bath option with kitchen and living space. Easy walk to shopping mall and several food options. Balcony had a great view of the city. Owners were very responsive. Upon arrival one door had been broken previously so we called and notified the office. Absolutely was a perfect one night stay in our travels

The place would have been excellent if: 1. The washer/dryer worked 2. The electrical outlets were not loose. 3. The water pressure was sufficient for showering 4. A large pot for boiling spaghetti noodles.

What an amazing service we had with the apartments, we got welcome WhatsApp message from Barry, the owner of the place, he was very nice, my mother got sick so i asked barry if we can check in earlier and he didn’t hesitate and we were in at 12:30, letting my mum sleep. The apartment itself was clean, spacious and had absolutely everything we needed. Plenty parking spaces and easy access to apartments. The apartments were right in the heart of Letterkenny town, close to shopping centre and lovely restaurants Thanks a lot, we will definitely come back. Layla

Very close to the main stretch of Letterkenny. Was very pleased with a full kitchen including a washing machine - came in handy on our vacation. Communication was very clear and seamless. Nice one bedroom apartment, would rent again

Convenient place to stay in Letterkenny. Close to every thing, easy parking near bus terminal shopping center Main Street for food, pub and theatre. Communication is excellent. Place is clean and spacious. Tea coffee water provided. Very happy to return.

Nice to have kitchen with fridge and freezer. Washing machine smelled a little sour and was difficult to use. Was provided only 1 bath towel for each of us . No hand towels. No oven mitts. Walk to pubs was 10-15 minutes and felt a little unsafe.

Excellent accommodation. Wee perks of a hotel were included like towels, toiletries, water in the fridge, coffee etc but it was way better than a hotel due to the space and facilities, especially when travelling as a family. We were deciding between a hotel down the road and here, definitely made the right choice.

The block of apartments is only dedicated to ST rental. It is conveniently located in front of the bus station. The flats are really clean and modern. Staff is friendly and responsive. The buts: they do not have personnel on-site so if you experience an issue as me you may have to wait 30 min for them to show up; they set the heater for me and the house was cold so make sure you learn how to use it; kitchen was fully equipped but it would have been nice to have a hairdresser; from the outside the building looks quite lonely
