A short stroll from local vibrant bars, restaurants and shops and just a short drive to the wonderful white sandy beaches of the Renvyle Peninsula. This property serves as a great base for families and friends to explore the Connemara Region. In keeping with this magnificent location, local activities include; fishing, hill walking, pony trekking, golf, boating, island trips, kayaking, adventure centres and much more - providing you with an ideal opportunity to enjoy all this region has to offer. Clifden town is a short drive away which also offers many shops, bars, cafes and services. Galway City and Westport are both within an hour's drive of Letterfrack village.

Les instructions pour accéder à l'appartement nous ont semblé peu claires (mais peut être que nous les avons mal compris).L'emplacement était idéal pour profiter du parc national mais nous avons eu des soucis avec l'eau dès le début (pas d'eau chaude le soir, chasse d'eau qui n'arrêtait pas de couler, chaudière très bruyante, plus d'eau du tout à partir de la veille au soir).Il a été impossible de contacter les responsables du logement le soir même et après plusieurs appels le lendemain matin, Louisa nous a permis d'accéder à un autre logement à côté pour avoir de l'eau.La grille pain était tellement sale que nous ne l'avons pas utilisé.Certaines serviettes sentaient mauvais et nous avons dû les laver.Toutes les portes se referment seules et claquent bruyamment.Un lave vaisselle serait le bienvenu.Le couteau pour cuisiner était tellement peu aiguisé qu'il ne coupait rien et écrasait les aliments.Le reste était correct mais les soucis que nous avons rencontré ont rendu notre séjour peu agréable.

A week in Letterfrack

Our son attended the Ceol Na Mara String Summer School in Kylemore Abbey and there is no better location than this to stay as it is so near to the abbey. Great restaurants, Connemara National Park/Diamond Hill and grocery store all within walking distance. Beautiful places to visit just a short drive away. Perfect!
