Gîte Le Grand Chêne: Shared Pool, Wi-Fi & Air Conditioning in Lesperon

Located in Lesperon, this 70 m² holiday home comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests in 2 bedrooms. One room features bunk beds with a pull-out bed, the other has a double bed. Enjoy a private, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. The bathroom includes a shower and separate toilet. High-speed Wi-Fi is ideal for video calls. You also have air conditioning, a TV, and access to a shared washing machine. Baby cot and high chair available on request.



Relax on your private covered terrace with picnic table and gas barbecue. The 1-hectare wooded, fully fenced property offers access to a shared garden with forest views. The outdoor shared pool is open June to September (weather permitting), from 9:30 am to 8:30 pm. Outside, enjoy shared table tennis, pétanque court, and communal toys and books for children.



A shared parking space is available on site. Pets (1) are welcome for an extra charge. Smoking is allowed, but parties are not permitted.



The gîte is just 20–25 minutes from Atlantic beaches and nearby lakes. Bed linen and towels can be provided on request. Electricity is charged extra during the heating season and in summer for air conditioning, based on actual consumption above 7 kWh per day.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and a coffee maker.

Super séjour logement calme, propre et spacieux

Pros: Rien à signaler. Les propriétaires sont adorables et particulièrement attentionnés. Le logement est conforme à la description, très propre et parfaitement entretenu. La piscine est impeccable, et l’ensemble de la propriété est d’un calme très appréciable. Un vrai plaisir d’y séjourner !
