Ideally located between the Haute-Garonne and the Hautes-Pyrénées, this cottage, ideal for a couple, welcomes you in an enchanting setting, with a flower garden, covered terrace, summer kitchen, and direct access to the region's natural and cultural treasures. Hiking in a forest is possible on site. Cheese is sold at the neighboring farm. From the master bedroom and the garden, you'll enjoy an exceptional natural spectacle every morning: the first light of day caressing the Pyrenean peaks and the Pic du Sacon in the background. The large covered terrace, with exposed Garonne pebbles, is perfect for al fresco dining or mild summer evenings. It is equipped with a fully equipped summer kitchen, ideal for convivial moments in complete freedom. Things to see and do: Lake Montréjeau (Blue Flag certified), just 3 km away, is perfect for swimming, relaxing, or picnics by the water. The town also has a golf course, all necessary amenities, a remarkable market, a train station (for Luchon, thermal baths, and skiing, 44 km away) or Toulouse (110 km), and it is a stop on the Via Garona (Path of Saint James). Visit the Basilica of Saint-Just de Valcabrère and the site of Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges, listed as a Grand Site Occitanie. Explore the Gargas Caves for an adventure through time.
