Week end à deux

Séjour super pour deux en face du port, les personnes de la reception sont trés à l'écoute et la pour les clients, le service du petit déjeuné est standard mais ok. La piscine se trouve en rooftop ainsi qu'un bar a cocktail qui sont très agréable néanmoins la piscine reste petite si vous venez avec vos enfants et voir s'il y a beaucoup de monde ( peu de personnes a notre reservation). Le seul bémol et l'emplacement de la borne de recharge qui se retrouve entre une place handicapé et le parking à vélo ( place toute petite) et qui ne peux charger qu'une voiture, nous avons chargé nottre véhicule ailleur.

Bel hôtel récent, à 10' à pied du centre ville. Parking gratuit, belle chambre. Par contre, manque de personnel pour le service des "apéritifs" sur le "rooftop", on a entendu 30' avant d'être servis après avoir commandé. De même pour le repas du soir.

Très bel emplacement en face du port de plaisance pour cet hôtel, un superbe bar en rooftop cependant un peu petit et donc toujours très occupé, et de même une parfaite petite piscine avec vue sur ce même rooftop. Les chambres sont joliment décorées et juste de la bonne taille. Un peu bizarre de ne pas avoir de porte qui ferme la salle de bain et les 2 ascenseurs sont toujours très longs. L'hôtel était plein pour ce week end de l'ascension très chargé. Petit déjeuner dans la moyenne supérieure, les œufs brouillés ne sont pas du tout les meilleurs mais le Bob choix de pains et confitures et pâte à tartiner artisanal compense largement. Difficile d'avoir du jus de fruit par contre avec le monde qu'il y a avait...

Accueil et personnel agréable Petit bémol, la chambre que nous devions prendre à 15h etait prête qu'à 16h30 nous sommes allés boire un verre au rooftop, je trouve qu'ils auraient pu faire un geste sur la consommation en attendant celle-ci, voir offrir !

Le Gall Roué Armelle 2/5 il y a 2 heures sur Google Bonjour Nous avons passé une nuit - les plus de l'hôtel sont l'emplacement et le design de l'hôtel avec son rooftop. les moins : Un manque d'organisation évidente de l'équipe. 1)Nous avons attendu plus d'une demie heure à l'accueil pour avoir notre chambre à 17h30 car plusieurs personnes attendaient comme nous et pour certains leur chambres n'étaient pas disponible. 2) Nous n'avons pas pu prendre de petit déjeuner à 10h30 car trop tard pour celui-ci et trop tôt pour le brunch car ils souhaitent l 'installer, résultat nous sommes aller le prendre dans un autre endroit 3) Une magnifique piscine sur le toit mais impossible de trouver un transat pour s'installer car il y en qu'une petite dizaine pour l'ensemble de l'hôtel. Et pire je crois pour un hotel récent de ce niveau affiché. Une douche avec un faible débit ou avec lequel il est difficile de se rincer les cheveux quand on a les cheveux long. Nous avons vécu une expérience client bien en dessous de ce nous rencontrons dans des hôtels de cette gamme qui se trouvent sur les sables ,

Il faudrait montrer et afficher les chambres PMR, chambres dépourvues de tout attrait, sans décoration …. Très déçue Quels sont les prix pour ce genre de chambre? Ils ne sont pas affichés. Hôtel bon rapport qualité prix !

Sejour avec ma fille de 16 ans et nous avons adoré notre sejour a lhotel Vertim. Des note arrivé et sans attendre nous avons ete accueilli par une jeune receptionist formidable et tres pro. Lhotel et notre chambre étaient flambant neufs avec un vue sur le port Nous avons profiter de la petite ( certes) piscine sur le toit chauffee a 29 degrés, wow ! Incroyable ! Effet de star garantie ! En quoi concerne le restaurant on est reste diner avec le formule demie pension mais les quantites restent tres limites et le dessert etait un flop car le tiramisu aux palines de cafe n'etait pas mangeable avec un effet se sable sous les dents. A revoir ... Nous sommes descendu pour le petit dejeuner vers 9h15... ( service de 7h à 10hrs) et il ne resté quasiment plus rien apart des pots vides. Pas de cafe prêt non plus. La petite serveuse était prête a nous faire du bacon et du café mais etait un peu remontée.On a peu mangé pour les 22€ par personne finalement. Le service au depart était courtois et efficace. Je recommande cet hotel pour son emplacement au port , prés des navettes gratuits vers la ville et pour le confort de sa literie et la qualité des prestations en chambre . Merci aussi aux receptionnists et serveurs du repas du soir.
