ROSE Vacances offers you this 16 m² studio on the first floor of a characterful residence, ideally located on the embankment of Les Sables d'Olonne.



Just 20 metres from the main beach, this studio is perfect for enjoying a seaside holiday, close to all amenities.



It consists of a main room with a double 140 sofa bed, TV, Wifi, equipped kitchen (microwave, induction hob, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle).

Bathroom with shower cubicle, vanity unit, heated towel rail and WC.

• Departure: by 10am at the latest (not after)



⏰ Late Arrivals

A late arrival service after 9pm is available for an additional charge. Please arrange the details directly with the concierge.



🛏️ Accommodation prepared for your arrival

The accommodation will be ready for you upon arrival: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are included for a worry-free arrival.



🧽 Exit Instructions – Mandatory

The included cleaning corresponds to a standard service. To guarantee consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:

• Wash and put away the dishes

• Empty the refrigerator

• Take out the bins to the designated locations

• Gather used laundry in the entrance of the accommodation



👉 In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if thorough cleaning proves necessary, a supplement will be applied. (AirCover or security deposit)



📩 48 hours before your arrival, you will receive:

• Instructions for your arrival

• Your digital welcome booklet, containing:

– How the accommodation works

– Wi-Fi codes

– The type of coffee maker

– Parking advice 🚗
