Villa Sablaise charming 1930s fully renovated in noble materials (parquet, cement tiles ...) located in the Presidents area 50 meters from the sea and shops a few steps (bakery, supermarket, fishmonger ...) , made of :
- a large bright living room fully equipped,
- a fitted kitchen (hot air oven, steam oven, induction hob, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker),
- a toilet,
- upstairs: two large bedrooms with bed 160 X 200 cm (high quality bedding) and cupboards,
- a desk,
- a bathroom with toilet,
On the side an independent building consisting of a laundry room and a summer shower.
In the back, a raised wooden terrace overlooking garden.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a TV with a DVD player. Perfektes Ferienhaus für Familien! Wir verbrachten 2 Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus und können es insbesondere Familien mit 2-3 Kindern sehr empfehlen! Es hat die perfekte Größe, eine super ausgestattete Küche, ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und extrem sauber. Es sind nur wenige Meter zum Strand. Bäckerei, Supermarkt, Fischladen und Fleischerei sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Haus ist in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße gelegen, man ist aber auch schnell zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus im trubeligen Zentrum von Les Sables d‘Olonne. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür und abschließbarer Raum für Fahrräder vorhanden. Für uns ist eseines der schönsten Ferienhäuser in demwir je in Frankreich wohnten.
