ROSE Holidays offers this renovated and beautifully decorated two-storey house, located in the heart of Les Sables d'Olonne, just a few metres from the pedestrian streets and the main beach.



House that can accommodate up to 4 people, fully equipped for a comfortable stay with family or friends.

Entrance leading to a friendly living room with sofa, two armchairs, coffee table and TV.

Dining area with high table and chairs to share your meals.

Night side (upstairs):

Bedroom 1: double bed (140), wardrobe and adjoining bathroom (shower cabin, vanity unit with storage, towel dryer).

Bedroom 2: double bed (140), bedside tables, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

Additional bathroom with shower, towel dryer, hairdryer and vanity unit.

The oak parquet floor brings a warm touch to this night area.

Quiet rear terrace, fully enclosed, with garden furniture, parasol and electric plancha ideal for summer evenings.

Garage with washing machine and cleaning equipment (accommodates a vehicle less than 4.50 m).

A late arrival service after 9 pm is available at an additional charge. Please arrange the details directly with the concierge.



Accommodation Prepared for Your Arrival

The accommodation will be ready for you upon your arrival: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are included for a completely relaxed arrival.



Exit Instructions Mandatory

The included housekeeping corresponds to a standard service. To ensure consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:

Wash and put away dishes

Empty the refrigerator

Take out the rubbish to the designated locations

Gather used linen in the entrance of the accommodation

In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if a thorough cleaning proves necessary, a supplement will be applied. (AirCover or security deposit)
