Renovated house 1 km from the Grande Plage des Sables d'Olonne and its embankment, and the town center (shops, restaurants, etc.). Ideal location to put your suitcases and do everything on foot. You can also enjoy cycle paths, walks in the forest... The single-storey gîte consists of an entrance/kitchen, a living room/living room (1 80x200 bed), a bedroom (1 bed 160x200), a bathroom and a separate toilet. Outside, you will benefit from a fully enclosed private space with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. Common courtyard available to store bicycles on request from the owners. Possibility of parking the car in front of the gîte or in the free car park 100m away. A second Gîtes de France approved accommodation on site (Ref H85G027520).
All-inclusive price: End of stay cleaning, bed linen (beds made on arrival) and bathroom linen, baby equipment on request (travel cot, high chair and other equipment). In addition: Tourist tax.
